How do I know this Coaching is for me?
Somatic work helps people become more integrated human beings.
It helps you to both connect with and ground within your own body.
It will help you gain clarity about the manifestations in your own body, connect to the root causes, calm down the central nervous system and observe trigger responses.
We will aim to reduce stress, rewire your brain, learn new patterns and responses, gain more control of your emotional life, the physiological responses that are linked to it as well as addressing physical somatic symptoms.

What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic Coaching combines complementary and alternative healing practices and techniques to unify the mind-body-heart-spirit connection to help you to both survey your internal self as well as listen to signals the body sends in areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance.
We help you access more information about the ways you may be holding on to experiences in the body with the primary goal of releasing stuck emotions, traumas, and stress in order to relieve somatic symptoms and improve overall health and wellbeing

In our coaching sessions, we will explore how the unconscious mind shapes your behaviors, habits, and responses.
We will work on effectively dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and trauma through effective tools and techniques that empower you to increase your capacity to handle life’s curveballs and even better understand and re-write the neural pathways that have developed as a result of current and past stuck emotions
This approach allows for the release of deep-seated emotional blockages, creating space for new, positive habits to form.
